Jonessa was a 1982 Bay mare standing 15.2 hands tall. She was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful daughters of Pa Jones. She was a gorgeous headed mare with a big, long hip, a lot of muscle and very correct. She was an extremely athletic mare with the credientials to prove it!

Jonessa was an outstanding performer, placing high in three of the biggest futurities of her era; The Barrel Bonanza, The Texas Finest Barrel Futrity and the West Texas Barrel Futurity. She went on to become a proven open horse by winning a go-round at the CWPRA Finals and winning 3rd at the Mountain States Finals.

Jonessa was an honor to have in our barn ... She was one of the last of less than 12 living daughters of Pa Jones. Her offspring are beautiful and her legend lives on in Ice Cold Firewater.
